Usually a domain name, business email, a secure way to sign in and the right tools on your computer. We'll begin with what the business actually needs and put the right order around the work.
Should we use Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?
It depends on how you work, the software you already use and the kind of collaboration you need. We'll explain the practical differences, recommend an approach and help you get it working.
Do we need IT support once everything is set up?
Not necessarily. We can complete a one-off project with a clear handover, or agree ongoing help with accounts, devices, updates and the everyday technical questions. The choice is yours.
What if we're hiring our first employee?
We can prepare the person's account, permissions, email and device, and help make onboarding easier to repeat as the team grows.
Will we still own our accounts and domain?
Yes. We'll help establish business-controlled ownership and appropriate administrator access, so you're not left dependent on an individual's personal login or an undocumented setup.
